Title of Position :Sales Manager

Department: Sales

Area of Focus: Direct, Offline Sales of Scrimple advertising products

Reports to: CEO

Responsible for:

  • Management of personal relations with customers
  • Door-to-door sales (transportation will be provided when needed)
  • Telesales - call possible clients on the phone
  • Build referral and testimonials lists
  • Follow-up with every potential sales lead
  • Creation & modification of existing sales materials
  • Self-management and week-to-week goal setting

Qualifications (necessary skills and experience required):

  • Previous sales experience highly preferred
  • A willingness to try, make mistakes, and learn
  • A hunger for results and strong desire for self-improvement

Title of Position: Web Designer

Department: Marketing

Area of Focus: Aesthetics, UI

Reports to: CEO

Responsible for:

  • Testing and Improvement of user interface design
  • Internal SEO / Link structure of site
  • Proposal and implementation of improved site aesthetics
  • Feature design proposals based on user testing

Qualifications (necessary skills and experience required):

  • Proficient in XHTML, CSS, and image creation and editing
  • Must be able to work at least 10 hours/week.
  • Knowledge of the following is a plus: PHP, JavaScript, Flash, Photoshop (or similar package), smarty template framework.
  • Basic knowledge of CLI Unix / Shell

Responsible for:

  • Design of website features and database
  • Implementation of features and database structure
  • Rigorous testing and launch of each feature

Qualifications (necessary skills and experience required):

  • Proficient in XHTML, PHP, MySQL
  • Experience with Smarty Framework, CLI Unix / Shell
  • Must be able to work at least 10 hours/week
  • Knowledge of the following is a plus: CSS, JavaScript, Flash, Photoshop
