Title of Position :Sales Manager
Department: Sales
Area of Focus: Direct, Offline Sales of Scrimple advertising products
Reports to: CEO
Responsible for:
- Management of personal relations with customers
- Door-to-door sales (transportation will be provided when needed)
- Telesales - call possible clients on the phone
- Build referral and testimonials lists
- Follow-up with every potential sales lead
- Creation & modification of existing sales materials
- Self-management and week-to-week goal setting
Qualifications (necessary skills and experience required):
- Previous sales experience highly preferred
- A willingness to try, make mistakes, and learn
- A hunger for results and strong desire for self-improvement

Area of Focus: Aesthetics, UI
Reports to: CEO
Responsible for:
- Testing and Improvement of user interface design
- Internal SEO / Link structure of site
- Proposal and implementation of improved site aesthetics
- Feature design proposals based on user testing
Qualifications (necessary skills and experience required):
- Proficient in XHTML, CSS, and image creation and editing
- Must be able to work at least 10 hours/week.
- Knowledge of the following is a plus: PHP, JavaScript, Flash, Photoshop (or similar package), smarty template framework.
- Basic knowledge of CLI Unix / Shell

- Proficient in XHTML, PHP, MySQL
- Experience with Smarty Framework, CLI Unix / Shell
- Must be able to work at least 10 hours/week
- Knowledge of the following is a plus: CSS, JavaScript, Flash, Photoshop
