Matt Ackerson
Matt Ackerson - Founder & Chief Executive Scrimp

Matt is graduating in May, 2009 with his BS in Industrial & Labor Relations. This is his second start-up. His skill set for building and growing a company is mostly self-taught with first-hand experiences in on-campus research and marketing, team strategy & general operations, web development, and sales. In his spare time Matt enjoys painting, exercising, and writing short stories.


Kerry Motelson
Kerry Motelson - Chief Operating Scrimpette

Kerry graduated with her BS in ILR in May of 2008; she has had extensive experience in marketing and sales with her own start up riding academies. She has also worked in Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers in the Global Consumer Group and on the High Grade Credit Sales desk in capital markets. She will be getting her Masters in ILR next year. In her spare time she enjoys horseback riding.


Justin Anderson
Justin Anderson - Chief of Technomological Gadgetmahtrons

Justin is a recent graduate from Cornell University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, and plans to return for the Masters of Engineering program. He has worked for Targeted Technologies, a computer consulting firm in New Jersey, and for the Federal Aviation Administration Technical Center in Pomona, New Jersey. Currently, he is on the west coast interning for the Microsoft Corporation in Redmond, Washington. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, watching anime, hiking and backpacking, and performing community service.


Kenneth Kruger
Kenneth Kruger - VP of Awesome Product Dev.

Ken is graduating in May, 2009 with a BS in Computer Science and a minor in Applied Mathematics. This summer he is working at Lockheed Martin and applying to various MBA programs. This past semester Ken taught a course at Cornell on software engineering and game design on embedded systems. He enjoys teaching, web development, and building electronics. In his spare time he practices martial arts and the guitar.


Brad Treat
Brad Treat - Advisor & Mentor

Brad is the CEO and Founder of Mezmeriz, an innovator in MEMS and laser display. He was most recently the Entrepreneur-In-Residence at Cornell University. Brad is also the co-founder and former CEO of SightSpeed, an innovative video and voice communications company. Together with co-founders Aron Rosenberg and Cornell University Professor Toby Berger, Treat grew SightSpeed from a university research project at Cornell into the world's premier video calling software. SightSpeed now ships with over half of the world's webcams.


Cliff Lardin
Cliff Lardin - Advisor & Mentor

Cliff Lardin, currently Principal of Cayuga Venture Fund, is an experienced engineer and dedicated entrepreneur. His management experience includes serving as CEO of Cyan Data Systems, LLC; Founder and VP of Systems at MiniGram.com; founder of Bright Island, LLC; and Director of PC Programming at Flowers Industries, Inc. (NYSE:FLO). In addition, Cliff has worked as a Senior Software Developer for ChemSW, Inc; and as a Senior Engineer at Varian Semiconductor Equipment Associates, Inc. (NASDAQ:VSEA).
